HP EliteDesk 8 G1i PCs to supercede HP Elite 800 G9 PCs

We have been notified that the current HP Elite 800 G9 PC range is due to go end of life later this year.

As such, we are pleased to confirm that we are planning to marine type approve the new HP EliteDesk 8 G1i Small Form Factor (SFF) and Tower (TWR) PCs in the near future.

The HP EliteDesk 8 G1i SFF & TWR PCs are direct replacements for the current HP Elite 800 G9 SFF & TWR PCs.

The HP EliteDesk 8 G1i PC range is based on the Intel Q870 chipset and Intel Core Ultra processors together with a range of different storage and graphics options.

We hope to have completed the required marine type testing by the end of November 2025 with the aim of making our new range of supporting Mariner Kits available for customer orders in December 2025.

Please note that we do still hold limited stock of HP Elite 800 G9 PCs here in the UK and, if you are able to confirm your minimum required specification, we will do whatever we can to assist you during this transition period.
